Web Developer/IT Team Member Requirements:

You do not need to have ALL of these requirements, but you must be knowledgeable in at least one of these areas to be an effective volunteer in this category. Please review these requirements thoroughly before submitting your volunteer application.

Web Development

  • Knowledge of Javascript is a required

  • Proficiency with git and github is required

  • Knowledge of react.js and express.js

  • Familiarity with SQL databases

  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases

Server Management

  • Familiarity with Linux OS

  • Familiarity with bash shell

  • Understanding of website hosting

  • Knowledge of IONOS

  • Familiarity with the plesk interface

Secular Therapy Project Website Administration

  • Knowledge of Ruby on Rails or comfort with learning it

  • Understanding of SQL databases

  • Understanding of Heroku hosting service

  • Understanding of git and github
